We did have an outage of Internet and phone service here a few nights ago. TV kept working. I called tech support and they told me someone had knocked down some FiOS cable a mile or so from here... I have FIOS and I am in an MDU set up that uses VDSL from the equipment closet back to each unit. Just wanted to know is there a outage in certain parts of Irving. As Im not getting the service. Since the outage began theyve been getting refunds from Verizon and using Time Warner Cable Internet, which is much faster than Verizons DSL but not as fast as FiOS. how to report fios outage AREA OUTAGE?
